Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier collection; for smaller accents, simply attach our prepaid shipping label and drop it off at a local carrier.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
